My suggestion for this is to have a heavy breakfast because that’s the time of the day when your metabolism is fast then eat a medium meal for lunch and microscopic for dinner because that’s the time when your metabolism becomes slow.

Eat only the three meals. Just eat three meals every day. Eating just three meals won’t hurt. Actually it is our body’s standard of having to eat three times a day. That will greatly lessen your calorie intake. If you feel like eating after having a meal, it is just psychological so my suggestion for this to drink water every time you feel like eating.

Eat more vegetables and less meat. Meat is important because of its high content of protein which is needed for our muscles. But the bad thing is that meat contains a lot of calories. Women do less work compared to men so women should steal less meat. Because of this it is obvious that eating more vegetables and fruits would be a benefit for women especially for their figure.

Have enough sleep. Lack of sleep causes your body to be inefficient and slows down your metabolism. So it is a must that you have must always have enough sleep for your body to be more efficient in using those calories that you got from eating food.
